We keep it simple to ensure we are cost effective for all business models. We provide two types of billing models with a single premium plan. You can choose whether you want to be billed per practitioner (suitable for higher volume practices with lower number of full-time practitioners) or appointment usage (suitable for lower volume practices with lots of practitioners who are part-time).

No - there are no upfront costs. Once your 14 day free trial ends, you will be prompted to sign up for a subscription, at which point your billing period commences. You will be charged your first subscription fee a month from that date. We even get you started with some free SMS credits.

We have a startup plan for startups / early stage clinics and offer discounts for non-profit charities. If you are a startup, you can apply for our Startup Clinic Programme or if you are a non-profit charity, simply get in touch.

Create an account and enjoy using PracticeHub and all of its features free for 14 days. Once your trial comes to an end, either add your payment details to continue your subscription or if you need extra time reach out to our support team to ask for an extension.

No - each account runs on a monthly subscription basis, which you can cancel at any time. Once cancelled, you will lose access to your account once the remainder of your paid up billing period ends.
